Human Resources Director (Full-time)
Redeemer Churches and Ministries is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to lead human resources functions; recruitment, employee/manager relationships, compliance, compensation, and benefits. This role is shared across five churches and two shared ministries, which may at times require customization of services based on the needs of each church and ministry. Downtown

Executive Director (Full-time)
Reporting to the Senior Pastor, the Executive Director has the responsibility to implement the vision of the church. To that end, the role includes overseeing the staff so that they can in turn equip and release the church family’s gifts in the pursuit of this vision, and directing all internal operations to ensure organizational alignment. We believe that only a complex (diverse in demographics and gifting) and united staff and leadership team can ‘solve’ the complex problems facing a global city like NY. Therefore the ED will need to be adept at working in a diverse team and fostering unity and collaboration in the pursuit of shared goals. The ED will also work closely with the Senior Pastor in facilitating a dynamic and life-giving gospel culture in the staff team and wider church, and will direct and oversee strategic planning, managing workflows, and day-to-day operations. Job Description. Community Life Intern (Part-time)
The Community Life Intern assists with the oversight of community formation, discipleship of leaders and congregants at Redeemer Downtown and with operations related to the church’s community life. The intern has responsibility for the spiritual care and cultivation of assigned groups, assisting in the training of leaders, and ongoing multiplication of leaders and groups. The intern will also be responsible for supporting and sustaining other community life aspects such as local gatherings, socials, retreats, and meeting the needs of the community. Operations Supervisor (Part-time)
The Operations Supervisor at Redeemer Downtown will actively manage operations staff, overseeing the setup and break down of Sunday worship services and other events on Sunday or during the week (special holiday services or occasional Ops needs). Meetings during the week will be required (Monday & Thursday, in-person highly preferred for one day, online for other) with Sunday Service Manager and other staff to discuss past Sunday’s service, and planning ahead.Job Description. Seeking a skilled and motivated individual to coordinate, oversee, and execute the logistics and communications of various ministries. This job is highly administrative and support-focused in nature. Director of Discipleship (Full-time)
The Director of Discipleship is responsible for developing and maintaining pathways for spiritual formation at Redeemer Downtown. The Director will work with the Leadership Team to create a holistic and accessible pathway to discipleship that is gospel-centered, fits in with the overall vision of Downtown’s ministry, and can meet people at various places in their faith journey, from those exploring Christianity to a committed servant leader at Redeemer. The goal of the pathway will be to form people as disciples of Christ who love God, love one another, and love God’s world. The Director will manage discipleship programmings, such as classes, cohorts, discipleship triads, church-wide conversations, and curriculum development to those ends. Sunday Operations Staff
Redeemer Presbyterian Church Downtown is currently hiring Operations Staff for our Sunday services. Workers must be able to carry at least 25 lbs, and display a good work ethic within a team dynamic. Sunday shift is approximately 7:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. (approx. ending time). Additional hours available as needed. East Side

Manager of Sunday Services and Event Planning
This role leads and oversees Sunday worship planning, the Sunday Service Team (SST), Sunday Operations, and special services throughout the year. This role manages and facilitates the weekly worship team meetings in consultation with the assistant pastor. This position recruits, trains, manages, and cares for SST members (volunteers) in the support and execution of high-quality worship each Sunday. This position is also responsible to envision, plan, and manage events that engage newcomers and SST member equipping. This role oversees the Sunday Operations Manager and serves as the liaison between Redeemer East Side and Temple Israel. Job Description. Wonder Worship leader (Part-time, Hourly Rate: $19) 
Redeemer East Side Children's Ministry is seeking a Wonder Worship leader to lead weekly worship and interactive Bible studies for our children ages infant to 4 years old. We are seeking candidates who love interacting with preschoolers, toddlers, and infants, are comfortable around parents, have experience with performance, comfortable with creating short videos of the Bible lessons and have a foundational relationship with Christ. *Hours are from 9:15 am to 12:15 pm each Sunday, plus an additional 3 hours for prep time*.     Events Manager
    The Events Manager oversees all event bookings happening at W83 Ministry Center, the home of Redeemer West Side and a multi-use community center. This position works with a range of clients including individuals from the neighborhood, non-profit organizations, businesses and houses of worship from around New York City. She/he manages a dynamic events team to deliver quality customer service and ensure excellence in the production of all events in our space. This person will report to the Early Education Coordinator (EEC); teaching Bible lessons previously prepared by the EEC, leading songs for the children and teaching them about God’s word.
